My Mother's death tripped all my emotional switches; and compromised my thinking/planning/rational switches. I was firmly locked into my heart space, feeling - and I needed to be in my head space, to arrange a funeral honouring Mum (and keep everyone in the family happy). And then, Victor and his team entered my world - bringing with them much empathy, guidance, unlimited patience and support.

Victor has a huge heart - and he opened it to me and my family. He was fully present for us, grounding our pain and confusion, and guiding us through all the necessary details. Victor became my head space; allowing me to feel my heart, and still be able to arrange Mum's funeral. And on the day of Mum's service, Victor and his team were a reverent presence; silently ushering and supporting us through the proceedings.
